The journey here was easy enough if a little long, myself and 3 of the 4 other lads from ITT got the plane at 7am from Dublin to Vienna followed by a bus and then a train to Wels. A couple of our buddies (the college has a “buddy” system where Austrian students volunteer to help the incoming international students) collected us from the train station in Wels, brought us to our student residence, took us around the town and out to dinner, the Austrians; a great bunch of lads.
